PRODUCT DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Gloves are shipped by the company : Mailboxes Etc., which will select the most suitable courier and send you an email once your order has been delivered to the chosen courier. Shipping costs include package insurance and a tracking number.

Italy: Delivery in 3-6 business days; shipping costs are calculated by the system during the order process.
The goods will be shipped via Mailboxes Etc., delivered by SDA, Bartolini, or TNT.
European Union: Delivery in 4-9 business days; shipping costs are calculated by the system during the order process.
The goods will be shipped via Mailboxes Etc., delivered by SDA, FedEx, or UPS.
Non-EU: Delivery in 7-10 business days; the goods will be shipped via Mailboxes Etc., delivered by SDA, FedEx, or UPS. Possible customs duties will be charged once the package arrives in your country.

CUSTOMS DUTIES. Unfortunately, customs duties cannot be calculated in advance and are not included in the shipping cost. In some countries, they can be very high; it's best to inquire before purchasing. Once you've purchased and received the package, if duties are not paid and the package is returned to us, these taxes and the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund for the returned goods.

Martelli Srl also delivers to countries outside the European Union. Martelli Srl reserves the right to accept or reject your order.
Martelli Srl will contact you to confirm your order. The invoice accompanying the delivery of the goods or the receipt of the credit card used for the purchase must be retained as a valid warranty document.
