The scarves you are about to purchase were made in Italy.
Each scarf will come with its certificate of authenticity and washing instructions. It is very difficult to reproduce the true color of the scarves in photographs, so the colors in the photos may not always be an exact representation of the color of the scarf you will receive, but we try to get as close to the original as possible.
📦 Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Scarves are shipped via Mailbox Etc., which will select the most suitable courier and send you an email as soon as your order has been handed over to the chosen courier. Shipping costs include package insurance and a tracking number.
Shipping Times:
ITA: between 2 and 6 business days
EU: between 4 and 9 business days
EXTRA EU: between 7 and 10 business days CUSTOMS DUTIES ARE NOT INCLUDED - WE CANNOT CALCULATE THEM BEFORE SHIPPING. IN SOME COUNTRIES THEY CAN BE VERY EXPENSIVE.
If the scarves have not been worn and retain their original shape, they can be returned or exchanged. Contact us immediately via email at info@martelligloves.com and we will help you with the return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
