How to measure, wear, and maintain our gloves
Before purchasing the gloves, we recommend:
- Measure the circumference of your hand, excluding the thumb. You will find a table under each glove on the site that will help you understand the most correct size to purchase.
- The gloves you are about to purchase are made with leather and natural tanning, so they may show slight differences in shade. This should not be considered a defect, but a valuable characteristic, confirming their absolute authenticity.
- Leather gloves, lined or unlined, are very fragile and can only be used to keep the hand warm while walking; they are not suitable for use on bicycles, scooters, or other.
What to do for the maintenance of the purchased gloves:
- The first times you wear them, they should never be pulled from under the thumb, because those are the most fragile seams of the glove at the beginning. Over time, the leather will give, becoming softer. But if the size is not correct or they fit tightly, pulling them could tear them.
- Do not use creams or oils on the leather of our gloves. The leather may stain. Be careful not to touch your face or food. The leather absorbs any oil or makeup and would be difficult to remove, if not impossible.
- In case of washing, it is recommended either dry cleaning or, even better, to take them to a laundry that washes leather accessories.
- In case of rain, just keep the gloves away from heat sources and wait for them to dry.
