The gloves you are about to purchase are made with leather and natural tanning, so they may show slight differences in shade in the dye. This should not be considered a defect, but a characteristic of quality, and it confirms their absolute authenticity. It is very difficult to reproduce the true color of the glove in photos, so the colors in the photos should not always be considered an exact reproduction of the color of the glove you will receive, but we try to be as close as possible to the original.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. The gloves are shipped via Mailbox Etc., which will choose the most suitable courier and will send you an email as soon as it has delivered your order to the chosen courier. Shipping costs include insurance on the package and a tracking number.

If the gloves have not been worn and retain their original shape, they can be returned or exchanged. Contact us immediately via email at info@martelligloves.com and we will assist you with the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Attention: At the time of checkout, you will be able to choose the shipping address and the billing address. However, if different instructions are not specified before payment, for Italy and the EU, our billing will follow the shipping address. In the case of export (shipments outside the EU territory are operations without VAT pursuant to art 8), operations with shipments in Italy apply VAT AT TODAY'S RATE OF 22%, while operations for shipments within the EU territory are operations with VAT at the standard rate of the destination country.

If a glove is not available or you would like to purchase larger quantities, before buying, please email us which glove you are interested in and the quantity. We can then check if we have more available and put them up for sale. Otherwise, by clicking on the size you want, even if it is not available, a space will appear on the right where you can enter your email to be notified when it is available again.

The first times you wear them, they should never be pulled from under the thumb, because those are the most fragile seams of the glove at the beginning.

Do not use creams or oils on the leather of our gloves. The leather may stain. Be careful not to touch your face or food. The leather absorbs any oil or makeup and would be difficult to remove, if not impossible.

In case of washing, it is recommended either dry cleaning or, even better, to take them to a laundry that washes leather accessories.
