How to measure, wear, and maintain our gloves

Come misurare, indossare e mantenere i nostri guanti

Before purchasing gloves we recommend:

  • Measure the circumference of your hand, excluding the thumb. You'll find a table under each glove on the site to help you determine the best size.
  • The gloves you are about to purchase are made from natural leather and tanned, so they may exhibit slight variations in color. This is not a defect, but rather a valuable characteristic, confirming their absolute authenticity.
  • Lined or unlined leather gloves are very fragile and can only be used to keep your hand warm while walking, they are not suitable for use on bicycles, mopeds or other vehicles.

What to do to maintain the gloves you purchased:

  • The first few times you wear them, never pull them under the thumb, because these are the most fragile seams of the glove at the beginning. Over time, the leather will give way and become softer. But if the size isn't right or they're tight, pulling on them could tear them.
  • Do not use creams or oils on the leather of our gloves. The leather may stain. Be careful not to touch your face or food. The leather absorbs any oil or makeup and would be difficult, if not impossible, to remove.
  • If you need to wash them, we recommend either dry cleaning them or, even better, taking them to a cleaner that cleans leather accessories.
  • If it rains, simply leave the gloves away from heat sources and wait for them to dry.
